For this reason, we are looking for a Junior City Launcher to join our team in Paris, France.

Your Mission:

  • General:
    • Supporting the City launcher in his/her daily tasks
    • Help the City launcher to build the business from ground up
    • External Recruitment:
    • Screening the applications of potential new cleaning agents
    • Interviewing candidates to qualify them up to the Batmaid standards
    • Hiring and onboarding of qualified cleaning agents
    • Agent retention and management during the lifecycle within the company.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Supporting customers in their daily requests and needs
    • Managing and proposing the best solution that suits their requests and needs
    • Responsible for ensuring the excellence of our day-to-day operations
    • Customer retention and satisfaction during the client lifecycle within the company.

Your Weapons:

  • Quick learner and multitasker.
  • At ease with working autonomously.
  • Strong ability to liaise with different stakeholders.
  • Fluent English and French is a must.
  • Motivation and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and stakeholders.
