Immerse yourself in a dynamic environment. You will participate in the development of innovative, long-term projects within the financial sector and an international context. You will be working as a Senior PRODUCTION ENGINEER / PROJECT MANAGER ( M/F ).

Expectations from the Role :

  • Management of projects related to production (Major Applications upgrade, infrastructure obsolescence…)
  • Management and monitoring of ALMT projects (obsolescence management, major application upgrade project, etc.)
  • Construction of Roadmaps, monitoring project milestones, Load estimation, Being the Single point of contact for development teams, infrastructure teams.
  • Participation in system development choices
  • Installation and integration of IT systems
  • International deployment of systems
  • Carrying out technical tests, analysis/validation of operating/installation files.
  • Guaranteed service level and commitments as well as the quality of deliverables.
  • Integration of devops into our applications
  • Preparation of the documentation necessary for RUN teams
  • Handover insurance for L1/L2 teams
  • Support for L2 teams (OCS).
    • Set up and disseminate indicators (performance, cost, time), standards (ITIL) and operating procedures.
  • Write/Execute test and documentation related to the project
  • Follow/report all aspect of the project

Definition of operating procedures :

  • Participate in the study and analysis of business operating system needs.
  • Carry out the analysis of operational constraints.
  • Ensure and optimize the industrialization of production.
  • Define the procedures and distribute the instructions for putting into production.
  • Define and set up standardization, automation and production security tools.
  • Set up and disseminate indicators (performance, cost, time), standards (ITIL) and operating procedures.
  • Maintain resources in operational condition (MCO) while ensuring compliance with standards and performance criteria.
  • Participate in the definition of the business recovery plan (PRA) and the business continuity activity.
  • Ensure a technological watch in terms of production methods and tools.

Carrying out the technical integration of applications :

  • Define the production plans (PMEP).
  • Install the selected software and hardware and configure the workstations.
  • Deploy and migrate servers with the systems engineer.
  • Integrate new applications into the existing operating system.
  • Set up a test program for new installations.
  • Manage relations with service providers."

  • Provide technical support to L1/ IT/other teams (2nd and 3rd level).
  • Intervene under time constraints during operational incidents (incident analysis, diagnosis and resolution of incidents).
  • Anticipate user needs and system evolutions.

Analysis of technical reports

  • Collaborate in the definition or improvement of security procedures.
  • Establish technical documentation.
  • Ensure the permanent effectiveness of security systems.
  • Monitor operating incidents, analyze their causes and take the associated corrective measures"
