We are looking for a
Non-Financial Risk Consultant
to work on high-impact assignments, helping clients design, enhance and operationalize robust risk frameworks in line with regulatory expectations and business realities.

This role offers exposure to
complex transformation programs
, close interaction with senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to develop strong expertise across operational, ICT and conduct risks.

Job Description
As a consultant, you will contribute to a wide range of non-financial risk initiatives, including:

  • Supporting non-financial and operational risk assessments, from diagnosis to implementation of corrective actions

  • Designing and enhancing risk frameworks covering:

  • Operational Risk

  • ICT & Cyber Risk
  • Third-Party / Outsourcing Risk

  • Conduct & Business Risk

  • Delivering gap analyses and regulatory uplift programs, particularly in response to evolving European regulations (e.g. DORA)

  • Contributing to incident management and root cause analysis, including remediation plans
  • Supporting or implementing RCSA, KRI frameworks, risk mapping and governance processes
  • Preparing risk committees, dashboards and management reporting
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, IT and Operations
  • Participating in client workshops and supporting change management initiatives

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience
in operational or non-financial risk, gained within:

  • a financial institution (bank, insurer, asset manager), or
  • a consulting / advisory firm
  • Solid understanding of regulatory expectations (EBA, ECB, ACPR), with a strong focus on DORA
  • Proven experience with risk methodologies such as RCSA, KRI, incident management or control frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while integrating into multi-disciplinary teams
  • Fluent English and French
