ENTER THE GAME
As a Data Engineer, you will join an agile IT team to help build data transformation pipelines. In this role, you will work closely with the team's developers and Product Owner, as well as Data Architects on data modeling aspects.
NO TECH NO GAME
At Betclic, technological performance is at the heart of our business:
Our applications are entirely developed in-house, ensuring full control over the value chain: real-time segmentation, player protection through awareness and rule integration, risk detection, and more.
Our interfaces are designed to deliver an immersive player experience: highly secure, capable of handling massive traffic spikes, and integrating live sports streaming.
Our Tech teams are structured into autonomous squads and tribes, each responsible for a specific functional and technical domain—managing projects from end to end: development, load testing, delivery, and production monitoring (monitoring, alerting).
By joining us, you'll be part of a Fullstack team, giving you the opportunity to grow alongside Backend and Frontend developers, QA engineers, and other complementary roles.
YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC
Within one of Betclic's tribes and supported by a guild of dbt Data Engineers, your main responsibilities will include:
Participating in the design and development phases of data transformation projects.
Developing the full transformation pipeline (Extract Load Transform / Extract Transform Load) within the Data Lake (Snowflake), including building the Lakehouse and Silver/Gold layers from the Bronze layer.
Automating the deployment of data pipelines using dbt Cloud and CI/CD with Jenkins.
Managing the evolution and ensuring the maintenance of proposed solutions.
Writing documentation related to the projects.
