To support our growth, we are looking for a
Tendering Manager
for our
Nuclear Sub-Segment.
Within the Tendering team, you will lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for emergency generator sets or other products from Everllence's portfolio, in accordance with the specifications and strategy defined with the Sales Manager and your management.

Missions
In This Position, Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Analyzing requests for proposals submitted by our customers and preparing internal decision-making elements (Go/No-Go, sales strategy) to support the Sales Managers.
  • Managing the preparation of offer deliverables (technical specifications, drawings, project schedule, etc.) and consolidating the overall budget based on quotations received from the supporting departments.
  • Identifying and assessing major project risks (technical, industrial, contractual, financial, HSE, etc.) in coordination with supporting departments.
  • Participating in commercial negotiations until contract signature and ensuring a proper handover to the project manager for execution.

Qualifications
With a master's degree in engineering or equivalent, you have
proven experience of at least 8 years
in managing complex technical projects, ideally in
a demanding industrial or energy-related environment
. You possess strong
multidisciplinary engineering skills
covering process engineering, electrical and control systems, enabling you to understand and challenge proposed solutions.

You are familiar with the specific constraints of the
nuclear industry
, particularly regarding quality management systems and regulatory requirements.

Autonomous and proactive, you know how to structure your work,
take initiative, and unite a team
around common objectives. You enjoy collaborative work and are recognized for your ability to create a collective dynamic to ensure project success. In this position, strongly oriented toward
international business
, your ability to
communicate effectively
in English with diverse stakeholders and manage projects in a demanding environment is essential to succeed in this position.
