Senior Back-End Engineer

Job Description:
- Location: Paris, 3 to 4 days of remote
- Start date: To be defined
- Languages: English is mandatory
As a Senior Back-End Developer, you will:
- Work as part of one of the engineering squad
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using NodeJs
- Work with PostgreSQL/SQS/Kubernetes
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Build scalable and secure APIs that power our platform
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated back-end developer who:
- Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in back-end development in software
- Wants to work with Typescript/Nodejs, it is ok if you dont have extending experience in Nodejs
- Has experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
- Understands fundamental design principles behind scalable applications
- Has experience with API development and RESTful services
- Thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Has excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bonus points if you have experience with deployment of ML models in production
