Vos missions : 

Pour accompagner la forte croissance de Propulse du Crédit Agricole et renforcer notre présence organique, nous recrutons un(e) Content Manager SEO. Vous serez rattaché(e) à Alexandre, notre Responsable SEO, ainsi que notre agence SEO et jouerez un rôle clé dans la production et l'optimisation des performances de nos contenus.

Vos responsabilités principales seront les suivantes :

  • Participer activement à la construction de notre stratégie de contenus.
  • Élaborer des briefs clairs, structurés et orientés SEO à destination de nos rédacteurs freelances.
  • Relire et corriger nos contenus pour garantir une qualité éditoriale irréprochable et conforme aux bonnes pratiques SEO et aux critères EEAT.
  • Rédiger ou optimiser des contenus à forte valeur ajoutée, en sachant potentiellement utiliser l'IA comme assistant de productivité (sans jamais sacrifier la qualité).
  • Optimiser le référencement de nos contenus vidéo en retravaillant les métadonnées et les scripts.
  • Contribuer aux projets SEO transverses (refontes, audits, améliorations SXO, optimisation des performances…).
  • Proposer et tester de nouvelles idées pour améliorer notre visibilité sur les moteurs de recherche traditionnels et les LLM.
  • Assurer une veille quotidienne sur l'entrepreneuriat et tous les sujets clés pour notre audience ainsi que sur les tendances du SEO.

Les outils que nous utilisons : Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Dato CMS, Piano Analytics, Notion, Figma.

Profil recherché :

  • 2 ans d'expérience en SEO orienté contenu éditorial.
  • Maîtrise des fondamentaux du SEO (sémantique/content, maillage, netlinking).
  • Excellent niveau rédactionnel en français, sens de la pédagogie et goût pour la précision.
  • Très bonne capacité d'organisation, d'analyse, curiosité naturelle et envie de comprendre les problématiques business.
  • Une première expérience dans les secteurs de la banque ou de l'entrepreneuriat serait un plus.
