About The Job.
The Corporate Strategy Team is defining and leading the strategic agenda of Opella and plays a key role in the success of its implementation.

Below a non-exhaustive list of activities the Corporate Strategy intern will be exposed to:

• Support in the refinement of the strategic roadmap and priorities for Opella

• Support in carrying forward strategic initiatives to grow the core of the CHC business, for example:

• In-depth analysis of the Opella portfolio to identify value creation levers and long-term growth drivers

• Market landscape assessments, including sizing, segmentation, and benchmarking of competitors
• Business performance reviews to surface critical insights and build actionable recommendations

• Development of strategic narratives and preparation of executive-level materials (SteerCos, Board updates, etc.)

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams across global and regional teams to support project execution and alignment

About You.

• Available for a 6 months internship to start in march 2026
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a top-tier Business School, Engineering School or equivalent (Master level)
• Previous experience in management consulting or corporate strategy roles highly appreciated
• Prior exposure to the consumer healthcare or CPG sectors is a strong plus
• Genuine interest in corporate strategy, business transformation, and value creation
• Intellectually curious, proactive, and eager to work in a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex issues and draw clear conclusions
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills – including the ability to synthesize and present findings to senior stakeholders
• High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data visualization or analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Fluent in English; French is a plus but is not mandatory
