Your Missions
Ceva BIOVAC is looking to recruit a Production Planning Manager for our autovaccine production campus based in Beaucouzé (near Angers).

The Duties Of This Position Are As Follows
At campus level, develop, implement and guarantee the production schedule to meet customer requirements. He/she is the main interface between the various production departments and the departments in contact with customers (SRC, supply group, etc.) He/she is the guarantor of the production management system.

Deploys and validates policies and tools to ensure that they are correctly implemented within his/her area of responsibility. Continuously improves stakeholder satisfaction by balancing supply needs with available capacity, optimising costs in a GMP environment. Ensures an appropriate interface with the production, engineering, quality, regulatory and commercial functions.

Ensures That Capacity Is In Line With Requirements
Draws up a provisional capacity plan for the various phases of vaccine production: antigen production, pharmaceutical formatting, quality control, release.

It updates the capacity plan on an ongoing basis in the light of unforeseen events and requirements, and determines the production lead time. It adjusts raw materials supplies to requirements.

He/she is the business administrator for the production management tool. He/she is responsible for ensuring that the tool (quickbase) works properly, configuring it and upgrading it. He/she liaises with the IT teams (France and international). Prepares the transformation project for this production management tool.

Guarantees Stock Availability
Guarantees the state of raw materials and finished goods stock.

Optimises available capacity to control costs and guarantee production capacity.

Depending on requirements, may participate in the purchasing process.

Quality, Continuous Improvement And Regulatory Compliance
Ensures that all processes and methods within its scope comply with all applicable regulations.

Your Profile
For this position, we are looking for someone with 3 to 6 years' experience in production planning (engineering level or equivalent), preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. You'll be able to take a step back from complex situations and be good at communicating with your internal customers and external service providers. You are rigorous in your work.

You have a Master's degree in production planning or equivalent, and are able to work in English with international contacts.

The position is to be filled on a permanent basis as soon as possible.
