What You'll Be Doing:
Assist travelers in French and English via phone, chat, and email from booking changes to itinerary support
Provide expert advice on destinations, routes, and accommodations
Solve problems with empathy and efficiency, even when plans dont go as planned
Stay informed about travel trends, safety updates, and company services
Represent the brands voice warm, capable, and human
Who You Are:
Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2+)
You've got a calm, clear communication style and a natural sense of service
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a bonus but personality matters more
Comfortable navigating digital tools, travel systems, or booking platforms
Able to stay solution-oriented and professional under pressure
