The Role – What You'll Do

As a Software Developer, you will be a core contributor to the design, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise SaaS products. You will work across the full software lifecycle, from architecture and coding to testing, deployment, and optimization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, enterprise-grade SaaS applications
• Implement new features and functionality across multiple product modules
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards
• Participate in architecture design and technical decision-making for complex enterprise systems
• Develop automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to code reviews
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software for performance, reliability, and security
• Document architecture, code changes, and technical workflows for global teams
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a high-performance engineering culture

About You – What You Bring

You are a technically exceptional developer who thrives on solving complex enterprise problems and delivering scalable, high-quality software.

Required experience and capabilities:

• 5+ years professional experience developing enterprise software in Java, C#, or Python
• Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Advanced understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS deployment
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and code quality tools
• Fluent in English, German, French, and Dutch (verbal and written) —
  all four required
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international, and cross-functional environment
• Commitment to high-quality, maintainable, and secure software development
