Inn'Pulse réinvente ce marché avec un défibrillateur de poche facile et connecté, aussi puissant que les dispositifs existants, mais plus simple à utiliser, plus rapide à déployer et facile à transporter partout.

Nous permettons aux entreprises de protéger leurs salariés à risque et aux témoins de devenir sauveteurs quand chaque seconde compte.

Description du poste
  • Auditer et challenger nos partenaires techniques
  • Piloter l'industrialisation
  • Assurer la conformité réglementaire
  • Garantir la qualité et réaliser les analyses de risque
  • Maîtriser la chaîne logistique et diriger les opérations
Profil recherché

Nous recherchons un profil tech lead électronique, minimum 5 ans d'expérience à poste équivalent, avec capacité de structuration et rigueur pour passer les certification et normes.

Hands on / off

  • Coordination des prestataires externes
  • Expérience technique pour challenger, tester, comprendre et faire les bons choix

Expérience professionnelle et technique

  • Conception et production de produits électroniques / électronique de puissance
  • Expérience en pilotage d'équipe web/mobile = un plus
  • Capacité à justifier les choix techniques
  • Veille technologique permanente

Expertise métier / secteur

  • Mise en place de process industriel
  • Background startup apprécié

Soft skills

  • Capacité à dialoguer avec des experts seniors
  • Bon savoir-être, autonomie et sens des responsabilités
  • Fiabilité : un profil à qui le CEO peut faire confiance
