This is a contracted role for a Spokesperson/Art Curator (Music). The Spokesperson will be responsible for curating sonic experiences and shows and facilitating communication between artists, venues and clients. This is a hybrid role with a particular focus on the niche scene in the region and country.

A Spokesperson plays a key role in discovering and securing opportunities that fit our company's vision and values. This includes scouting new possibilities, negotiating terms, and finalizing deals with both clients and artists that benefit both our performers and our clique.

We naturally gravitate toward environments that convey a sense of prestige and care, such as designer showrooms, art galleries, Michelin star restaurants, boutique hotels and resorts, lounges, beach clubs, prestigious clubs, restaurants, bistros, or cafés. These settings aren't about status; they provide the right atmosphere for our artists to shine and for genuine connections with audiences to take place.

Qualifications

• Strong and efficient Communication skills

• Solid and consolidated network and connections in the world of the Arts (design especially)

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of the R&B, Soul, Jazz, Electronic, or Ambient genres

• Good knowledge of music history

• Enthusiasm for challenging tasks and environments

Contract Characteristics

• Fee-based (33-45%/artist/show on top of the final costs)

• Tax ID needed (Freelance)

• Self-built timetable and schedule

• No weekly hours (12-hour minimum), just monthly or seasonal tasks
