Currently, we are focused on 6 major projects in North Cyprus and looking to expand our team with motivated individuals who can help us find new clients.
Job Description:
Leads are for North Cyprus real estate projects.
We are looking for Lead Generators to identify potential buyers and investors for our North Cyprus projects. Your role is to research, connect with, and qualify leads, then pass them to our sales team. You will be rewarded based on the sales generated from the leads you bring in.
Responsibilities:
- Find and research potential buyers or investors for North Cyprus real estate.
- Collect accurate contact information and relevant details about leads.
- Qualify leads based on interest and buying potential.
- Maintain clear records of all leads and interactions.
Requirements:
- Strong research and online sourcing skills.
- Excellent communication skills (email, phone, social media).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Experience in real estate or lead generation
Compensation:
- Commission-based: Paid per sale generated from your leads.
- Flexible working hours and remote work possible.
