Join our team of 150,000 professionals in an innovative and challenging environment.AXA Headquarters brings together the group's corporate activities and oversees global entities, ensuring strategic coordination and compliance with standards, as well as consistency in commercial approaches.Within AXA GIE (DCFG), you will join the Corporate Finance M&A Team as an Intern.  What You'll DoSupport the coordination of M&A processes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors (investment banks, consultants, legal advisors).Perform financial analyses and valuations of potential acquisition or divestiture targets, including assessment of strategic rationale and financial impact.Conduct macroeconomic, sector and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making and opportunity screening.Prepare high-quality presentations and analytical materials for senior management, executive committees and Board-level discussions.Support capital allocation activities and the monitoring of key entity-level performance indicators, ensuring effective and disciplined capital deployment (e.g. solvency ratio, RoE).YOUR PROFILEWho You ArePassionate about finance, with a strong interest in corporate finance and M&A transactionsCurrently enrolled in a top-tier business school, engineering school or university, with a specialization in financeStrong analytical skills with solid knowledge of corporate finance, accounting and financial statementsProactive, curious, detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a demanding, international environmentWe encourage you to apply even if you do not fully meet all the qualifications listed.In AXA, we are convincing that diversity did the wealth of our company.
