Join us as an Advertiser Manager (Dating).

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF

  • Support a portfolio of advertiser accounts and maintain regular communication regarding campaign performance, requirements, feedback and updates;
  • Coordinate campaign setups, tracking requirements, creatives, and updates across internal and external traffic sources;
  • Monitor campaign KPIs such as volume, conversion rates, lead quality, and budget pacing, and identify patterns or opportunities for improvement;
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure correct execution and alignment on advertiser needs;
  • Prepare performance updates and reports that help advertisers and internal teams understand results and next steps;
  • Contribute ideas for testing, optimizations, and scaling opportunities based on performance data;
  • Stay informed about industry trends, advertiser expectations and competitor activities.

WHAT WE WISH YOU'D BRING WITH

  • 0-2 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or a similar role;
  • Strong interest in performance marketing and lead generation;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data;
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach to work;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude;
  • Fluent in English in both writing and speaking.
