About Heidi

Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that supports clinicians every step of the way, from documentation to delivery of care.

We exist to double healthcare's capacity while keeping care deeply human. In 18 months, Heidi has returned more than 18 million hours to clinicians and supported over 73 million patient visits. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi across 116 countries and over 110 languages.

Founded by clinicians, Heidi brings together clinicians, engineers, designers, scientists, creatives, and mathematicians, working with a shared purpose: to strengthen the human connection at the heart of healthcare.

Backed by nearly $100 million in total funding, Heidi is expanding across the USA, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with major health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, MaineGeneral, and Monash Health, among others.

We move quickly where it matters and stay grounded in what's proven, shaping healthcare's next era. Ready for the challenge?

About the Role

As a Clinical Template Contractor, you'll use your clinical knowledge to create, review, and refine documentation templates that clinicians use within Heidi.

Your work will directly improve the accuracy, usability, and localisation of Heidi's clinical AI assistant - shaping how clinicians around the world document and deliver care.

You'll collaborate closely with our GTM and Medical Knowledge teams to understand clinicians' workflows, translate them into structured templates, and help ensure our users have the best possible experience.

What You'll Do
  • Review clinical notes provided by users and convert them into customisable, high-quality templates compatible with Heidi.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand clinical requirements and develop templates for new specialties or customer use cases.

  • Support onboarding by helping clinicians tailor templates to their practice.

  • Participate in template QA, testing, and training initiatives.

  • Engage with users to refine existing templates and troubleshoot content-related issues.

  • Leverage AI and productivity tools to streamline your workflow and improve efficiency.

Who We're Looking For
  • Clinicians or medical students (including nursing, allied health, or mental health backgrounds).

  • Fluent in both French and English

  • Availability of around 15–20 hours per week (flexible scheduling).

  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.

  • Able to work independently and manage tasks remotely.

  • Interested in digital health, AI, and the future of clinical documentation.

  • Experience with tools like Notion, ChatGPT, or Intercom is a plus (not required).

Why Join Heidi
  • Flexible remote work across Europe.

  • Hands-on experience at the intersection of medicine and AI.

  • Collaborate with world-class clinicians, engineers, and operators.

  • Play a direct role in transforming how healthcare is delivered globally.
