One of our clients — a global leader in FMCG — is currently seeking to hire an FP&A Manufacturing professional for their plant located in Centre-Loire Valley, France. This strategic role will be key to driving financial and operational efficiency in a dynamic industrial environment.
What will you do?
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams (production, engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain).
Translate financial data into operational insights to influence decision-making.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead initiatives to improve profitability.
Monitor operational performance and provide financial insights on production, labor utilization, and waste.
Manage daily financial operations including cost accounting, inventory control, and fixed asset management.
Lead the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
Collaborate with operations and supply chain to develop cost models aligned with production volumes and efficiency targets.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing finance role, ideally within FMCG or food production.
Strong ERP knowledge (SAP, hyperion).
Advanced Excel/ Bi skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
