Position: Investment Banking – Analyst Intern (Technology, Energy Transition & Sustainability)

Contract: 6-month internship starting in January or March 2026

Investment Banking Department

We are currently recruiting interns to support the growing activity of our Investment Banking Department in two of our teams:

1) Technology (Software)

2) Smart Industry (Energy Transition & Sustainability and Industrial Tech)

Duties & Responsibilities

The intern's work will include:

· Mandates over a broad range of deal types including M&A, IPOs, Public Takeovers, and Private Placements for Pan-European and international growth companies

· Drafting of client presentations including pitches, teasers, information memorandums, management presentations and valuation books

· Performing company's financial analyses, modelling and valuation (LBO, DCF, trading peers, transaction comps, etc.)

· Assisting the deal team in the execution of transactions (reach out to investors, due diligences, Q&A, process tracking)

· Other occasional tasks such as corporate presentations, sector screenings, investor's lists, etc.

Stifel seeks accomplished students with strong interpersonal, analytical, and quantitative skills.
