This involves investigating and developing disruptive technologies, reducing the carbon footprint of steel, and optimizing costs while maintaining uncompromising quality. The team's strong multicultural diversity, with over 30 nationalities, offers international experience and makes it possible to meet global needs.

IP/IT Legal Team is organizing partnerships and collaborations between ArcelorMittal affiliates and industrials, suppliers, institutes and customers to support the Company in its strategy of control, management and valorization of the new developments and new technologies and support Company in its relationship with software editors - notably with regards to compliance with data protection, and also has to manage GDPR activities. This team is also following related litigations.

Your role
You will bring support to all R&D activities and GDPR linked to the laboratories and automotive segments/markets - as well as for an identified segment, for drafting and negotiating relevant agreements, managing possible litigations and legally implementing the Company strategy about intellectual property and IT. You shall support in the same way other ArcelorMittal laboratories and affiliates, and shall deal with IT matters, trademarks and domain names files.

Your profile

• You hold a Master's degree / LLM / CAPA with specialization in intellectual property with at least 5 years of experience in that domain, idealy with technical appetence and in an industrial company.
• You are fluent in English.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Adaptability and teamwork are required.
