Sales Intern

Location: Highlight Studio Pop‑Up, Le Marais, Paris

Starting date: 1st of February, Full‑time

Contract length: 6 months

About Highlight Studio

HIGHLIGHT STUDIO is a contemporary unisex brand offering a clean, minimalistic aesthetic with a fresh twist on classic wardrobe staples. The label champions shared, multifunctional, and sustainable design, encouraging conscious consumption and versatility.

We are looking for a motivated and curious Retail Intern to support the launch and daily operations of our new boutique in the heart of Le Marais, Paris.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in providing warm, attentive customer service
  • Assist with store operations: stock handling, product organization, tagging, and replenishment
  • Help maintain visual merchandising and overall store presentation
  • Contribute to creating an inviting, inclusive, and design-driven atmosphere
  • Learn and represent HIGHLIGHT STUDIO's values, aesthetic, and product offering

Profile

  • Interest in fashion, retail, and customer experience
  • Previous experience in sales.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take initiative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • French and English speakers required; proficiency in a third language is a plus.
  • School agreement (convention de stage) required
  • Valid and unrestricted authorization to work in France/EU (candidates requiring visa sponsorship cannot be considered).
