Your Mission

We are looking for a Strategy & Business Analyst to join the team to work on developing our activities, which include carpooling, buses and train 

The Strategy & Business team is dedicated to guiding key strategic decisions and accelerating the global growth of our activities. This is achieved by delivering comprehensive data analysis, developing business cases, creating reporting and dashboards, and producing budgets and forecasts.

Within the team, you'll work closely with other Strategy & Business Analysts. Through your projects, you will also be collaborating with Business  Line Managers, Product Managers and Marketing Managers.

Alongside your team, you'll join a well-rounded and experienced Strategy team, and will belong to the Analytics Chapter, an internal community of 20+ analysts who meet regularly to share, learn and innovate on data analytics.

• Build a strong understanding of the levers impacting our performance (growth dynamics, competition, network & pricing structure) and recommend actions to increase our impact
• Provide actionable insights and reports to BlaBlaCar's executives to support their strategic decision-making
• Evaluate the performance of current business operations and recommend strategies and tactics to achieve business goals
• Build positive and trustful relationship while working with management to identify business needs, challenges and opportunities
• Analyze and deliver reports for stakeholders with Tableau software

• Degree in Engineering, Business or Economics
• 2-4 years of experience in consulting, business intelligence, or other relevant analytical position or internships 
• Excellent communication skills: experience in synthesizing and communicating data clearly
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to think strategically and "outside the box"
• Strong attention to details and the ability to step back to see the bigger picture
• Ability to take ownership, aligned with business priorities  
• Fluent in English (Portuguese, Ukrainian is a plus)

• a 30-min video-call with Candice François (Head of Strategy & Business Analytics) for vision fit and rounding off the process
