We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Move Coordinator to join our Customer Experience Moving team on a 3-month contract.
This position provides essential support for international client shipments, ensuring a smooth relocation process from start to finish. The role involves shipment tracing, customer communication, and documentation management, while collaborating closely with clients, agents, vendors, and port brokers.

Key Responsibilities
Shipment Tracing (40%)

Track and confirm shipment events through system workflows.

Update internal systems to reflect accurate and timely shipment status.

Documentation Handling (30%)

Prepare, collect, distribute, and file shipment documentation.

Coordinate with customers, agents, vendors, and port brokers to ensure proper documentation and processing.

Customer Service (20%)

Serve as a key point of contact for customers and partners regarding shipment updates and status changes.

Provide professional and timely communication throughout the move process.

Other Duties (10%)

Provide coverage for communications desk as needed.

Handle courier (FedEx and others) logistics and assist with file registration.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Basic geographical knowledge (international shipping or logistics experience is a plus).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related job systems.
