En Collaboration Directe Avec Les Associés-fondateurs Et Les Responsables Des Programmes D'innovation Ouverte En Europe, Vous Aurez Une Forte Autonomie Et Contribuerez Au Succès De Nos Projets Sur Des Sujets Variés
- Analyses stratégiques & études de marché: tendances sectorielles, concurrence, market sizing, stratégies d'entrée, opportunités de diversification
- Études d'opportunité et élaboration de nouveaux business model
- Product-market fit et analyse de la proposition de valeur de solutions innovantes
- Sourcing et qualification de startups: identification des technologies émergentes et des solutions audacieuses à fort potentiel pour rejoindre l'écosystème Starburst
- Accompagnement de startups: appui à l'affinage de leur business plan, préparation de levées de fonds, mise en relation avec clients, partenaires et investisseurs potentiels
- Projets d'innovation ouverte: veille technologique, études ad hoc, organisation de comités de sélection, pitchs privés et autres événements internationaux
Expériences
- Diplomé(e) d'une Top école d'ingénieur (Polytechnique, Centrales, Mines, ESPCI) ou de commerce (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EDHEC, Emlyon)
- Grand intérêt pour l'aéronautique et le spatial ou la Deep Tech de manière générale
- Parfaite maîtrise du pack office (Excel et PowerPoint)
- Excellent niveau d'anglais parlé et écrit (C1)
- Ayant déjà eu une expérience en conseil en stratégie ou travailler dans un programme d'accélérateur est un grand plus
Qualités personnelles
- Fortes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse
- Excellents relationnel et aisance à l'oral ; sens de la confidentialité et de la discrétion
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle
- Autonomie
3 tours de recrutement avec les membres de l'équipe conseil et l'équipe innovation.
Chaque tour comporte un "fit" (discussion sur votre parcours et vos motivations à nous rejoindre) et un "case study" (exercice à l'oral de mise en situation)
