Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Team Lead, located in La Ville-du-Bois. The IT Team Lead will manage daily technology operations, provide technical support, lead a team of IT professionals, and oversee troubleshooting efforts. Key responsibilities include coordinating the team's activities, ensuring seamless IT system functionality, and implementing strategies to address technical challenges. Additional duties include collaborating with other departments to align IT services with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Information Technology, with proficiency in managing IT systems and infrastructure
- Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve complex issues effectively
- Proven capabilities in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide and motivate team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, or similar) are an advantage
