Horaires Envisagés
Répartition des 32h30 hebdomadaire = 15h00 d'animation + 17h30 de suivi administratif / financier / Pédagogique.

• Lundi : 08h30-13h30 / 14h00-18h40
• Mardi : 08h30-13h30 / 14h00-17h10
• Jeudi : 08h30-13h30 / 14h00-18h40
• Vendredi : 09h00 / 14h00

Descriptif du poste

Le Directeur-trice de l'Accueil Périscolaire aura pour mission la gestion administrative, financière, managériale et pédagogique de la structure de Pont-de-Poitte qui accueille des enfants de 3 à 11 ans uniquement en Périscolaire.

Le Directeur-trice De L'Accueil Périscolaire

• A en charge d'organiser les différents temps d'accueil périscolaires sur l'Accueil de Pont-de-Poitte, d'animer les réunions d'équipe, et d'assurer le recrutement des animateurs.
• Est garant du bon fonctionnement de la structure et a en charge la commande et la gestion du matériel et des repas.
• Participe aux réunions de direction et réseau du dispositif.

Profil

• Bonne connaissance du public accueilli et de l'environnement institutionnel.
• Capacités en termes d'animation, de conduite et d'évaluation de projets.
• Qualités pédagogiques, sens du travail en équipe.
• Qualités relationnelles et d'écoute, bon contact avec le public.
• Bonne communication écrite et orale, sens de l'organisation.
• Maîtrise de la règlementation en matière d'ACM.
• Respect du cadre institutionnel, des procédures et échéances.
• Bonne utilisation des outils du pack office et outils digitaux.
• Être en capacité de coordonner un travail d'équipe et d'animer des réunions.
• Compétences managériales et de gestionnaire
• Expérience similaire souhaitée

Diplôme

• BAFD, ou diplôme équivalent tel que BPJEPS (avec UC de Direction) ou MEEF
