This role is part of
Landis+Gyr's EMEA
(Europe, Middle East & Africa) business, which is expected to become an
independent company under new ownership
by mid-2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals. Joining now means contributing to an exciting phase of transformation — helping shape the future organization while remaining connected to Landis+Gyr's global values and standards throughout the transition.

CONTEXT :
The candidate will replace one of collaborator of the Finance team who left the company.

MISSIONS :
Accounting :

• Ensuring and verifying invoices cockpit, accounting and analytical allocations, necessary documents
• Preparing monthly accounting entries, cut-off entries (deferred revenue, expenses) and orchestrating/supervising all the tasks done by the accounting SSC
• Reviewing, controlling and validating monthly financial statements (balances, ledgers, balance sheet, income statement)
• Checking payroll statements before posting and validating social security rates
• Analyzing and justifying accounts (provision, current account, IC, Personal costs, Social Taxes)
• Preparing annual closing files with the chartered accountant
• Preparing the annual accounting disclosures
• Follow-up of leasing and related accounting entries
• Ensuring Cash Management (cheque remittance, overdue checks, monthly payments batch review) and managing local petty cash
• Follow-up and payment organization of the Travel Expenses

Tax :

• Preparing and calculating tax and social security returns (Urssaf, VAT, CFE, CVAE, etc.)
• VAT calculation and declaration and reverse charge VAT control
• Recovering of the foreign VAT
• Preparation of the annual fiscal document (FEC)

Management Control :

• Cash Forecast: Collecting and challenging Working Capital components (in collaboration with SSC)
• CAPEX and Provisions for Depollution follow-up
• Preparation of the necessary elements for the Group Insurance reporting

Other

• Internal Control: Ensuring controls complying with Group and Standards rules
• Internal and External Third Parties relations
• Additional controller duties as necessary
