The role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Digital Factory service. The intern will support the management and optimization of various digital platforms, contributing to the enhancement of digital experiences across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in digital project management, platform administration, and cross-functional collaboration within an international environment.

About the role

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist in the day-to-day management and monitoring of digital platforms (e.g., intranet, collaboration tools, web portals).
• Support the Digital Factory team in gathering and documenting user requirements and feedback.
• Participate in testing and validating new features or updates on digital platforms.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Stay up to date with digital trends and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and data privacy guidelines.

Requirements

Do not hesitate to apply if you:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Interest in digital platforms, project management, and technology.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, cross-functional team.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, web technologies (HTML, CSS, basic scripting), or digital collaboration tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; French is an asset.

Important information before applying

• You must still be registered as a student during the time of the internship.
• The intern must have an appropriate insurance valid in France for any damage caused to a third party (third party liability insurance: "assurance responsabilité civile") and social insurance (illness, work accident, etc.).
• Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, Switzerland or United Kingdom must hold an appropriate visa from the French consulate.
• Non-EU residents are required to have valid papers before applying (long-stay student visa and/or carte de séjour) allowing them to work in France.
• Interns are required to handle their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the duration of their internship. ICC does not provide scholarships or fellowships.
• Based at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris our six-month internship programme is full-time with an average working week of 35 hours.
