Nous recherchons un Responsable Prix, qui soit analytique, rigoureux et orienté résultats, pour rejoindre notre équipe Accès au marché et Affaires Publiques, basée dans notre bureau en Suisse.


À propos du poste

Le Responsable Prix définit et exécute la stratégie prix nationale sur tout le cycle de vie des produits. Il assure la préparation opérationnelle et réglementaire, coordonne la gouvernance interne et externe, conduit l'analyse économique et le reporting, et contribue à la gestion budgétaire du département.


Avec qui vous travaillerez

Vous collaborerez avec le Directeur Accès au marché et Affaires Externes, les équipes Europe et Global, ainsi que les départements internes (Accès au Marché, PVU, HEOR/RWE, I2I/Finance) et des consultants externes pour préparer les négociations et assurer la cohérence des stratégies prix.


Ce que vous ferez
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie prix nationale
  • Préparer les dossiers économiques et les argumentaires pour le CEPS
  • Participer activement aux négociations tarifaires avec le CEPS
  • Assurer la conformité réglementaire et déclarative des stratégies prix
  • Coordonner la gouvernance interne et la coopération avec parties prenantes
  • Conduire l'analyse économique, le reporting et la veille stratégique

Intéressé(e) ? Pour ce poste, nous recherchons les formations, expériences et compétences suivantes
  • Bac+5 scientifiques (Pharmacien, Médecin + Master Droit, Économie de la Santé)
  • 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire avec résultats probants
  • Expérience en équipes interdisciplinaires et internationales souhaitée
  • Fortes compétences analytiques et communication orientée résultats
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel et Power BI
  • Anglais courant et esprit de coopération pour résoudre les problèmes
