About this positionSoftTeco is looking for a highly skilled Web Analyst to join a dynamic international project in the healthcare domain.
We are developing a patient engagement platform for clinical trials, where human-supervised AI transforms unstructured patient criteria into structured data, enabling efficient and accurate matching of patient profiles with clinical trials.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in web and product analytics, a detail-oriented and analytical mindset, and enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities- Own and maintain web and product analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics and Amplitude.
- Design and manage event tracking, including taxonomy, instrumentation, and implementation via SDKs and tagging frameworks.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency through QA, testing, schema validation, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to validate data pipelines and troubleshoot tracking issues.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and analytics documentation.
- Support data governance, change management, and analytics best practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize analytics needs and support data-driven decision-making.
- Expert-level experience with Adobe Analytics and Amplitude (user and administrator)
- Strong knowledge of event-based tracking, data collection frameworks, and taxonomy design
- Experience with data QA, testing, and monitoring
- Solid understanding of data pipelines and data flows
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis
- Familiarity with Databricks and analytics integrations
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to translate business needs into technical analytics solutions
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a dedicated team setup
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken, B2+)
