We are working with a leading Microsoft Partner who are expanding the
Microsoft Business Applications
practice and is looking for an experienced
D365 CE & Power Platform Technical Architect
to join the team.

The Role

As a Technical Architect, you will take ownership of solution design and technical delivery across
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform
, working closely with functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.

You will play a key role in shaping architecture decisions, ensuring best practices, and supporting large-scale digital transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and own end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions
  • Provide technical leadership across design, build, and deployment phases
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with Microsoft best practices
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution design and technical input
  • Mentor developers and contribute to raising technical standards within the team
  • Work closely with international teams and client stakeholders

Required Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Dynamics 365 CE
    (Sales, Customer Service, or similar)
  • Deep knowledge of the
    Power Platform
    (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Experience designing and delivering
    enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions
  • Background in consulting or professional services
  • Comfortable working in
    English-speaking environments
  • Experience working with cloud technologies (Azure preferred)
  • Microsoft certifications (D365, Power Platform, Azure)
  • Experience with integrations and complex system landscapes
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or Copilot capabilities
