12 Month Fixed Term Contract
As Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting marketing managers across all divisions in the planning, delivery and implementation of marketing communications activities, at the regional and country level.
This covers both brand elevation and demand generation activities including, but not limited to, integrated marketing campaigns and ABM campaigns, product launches, event and congress management, content and collateral development, and digital acceleration, to achieve Hologic's country and EMEAC growth targets. The MOPs Specialist also supports, develops and aligns marketing, marcomm and other associated processes or programs across the divisions and countries and consults on and optimizes commercial and marketing technology (martech) and operational programs to ensure the highest level of utilization, performance and efficiency across all divisions in all regions.
What to Expect:
- Plan, deliver, and implement multi-channel marketing communications at regional and country levels
- Lead integrated campaigns, product launches, events, congresses, and digital acceleration projects
- Champion our brand, ensuring consistency and alignment across all markets
- Optimize martech tools and processes to maximize efficiency and ROI
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, scientific affairs, legal, and regulatory teams
- Manage congresses and tradeshows, from booth creation to budget and vendor management
What We Expect:
- 1–4 years' experience in marketing communications within medical devices, pharma, healthcare, or IT at a global company or agency
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, IT, or related field
- Expertise in digital trends, martech, KPIs, and regulatory compliance (GDPR)
- Proficiency in campaign tools (Pardot, Agile, Adprom), project management, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication, creative thinking, and organizational skills
- Solutions-driven, customer-focused mindset with reliability, resilience, and a results-oriented approach
- Fluency in French required; professional English essential

En tant que Spécialiste Marketing Opérations (MOPs), vous jouerez un rôle essentiel en soutenant les responsables marketing à travers l'Europe, en pilotant des campagnes d'élévation de la marque et de génération de la demande qui stimulent la croissance de Hologic.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Marketing Opérations, vous accompagnerez les équipes marketing de toutes les divisions dans la planification, la mise en œuvre et la réalisation des activités de communication marketing, au niveau régional et national.
Vos missions couvriront à la fois l'élévation de la marque et la génération de la demande, notamment :
- campagnes marketing intégrées et ABM,
- lancements de produits,
- gestion d'événements et de congrès,
- développement de contenus et supports,
- accélération digitale,
afin d'atteindre les objectifs de croissance de Hologic en France et dans la région EMEAC.
Le/la Spécialiste MOPs soutient, développe et harmonise les processus marketing, marcomm et autres programmes associés dans toutes les divisions et pays, tout en conseillant et optimisant les technologies commerciales et marketing (martech) et les programmes opérationnels pour garantir leur performance, leur utilisation et leur efficacité maximales.
Ce que vous ferez :
- Planifier, livrer et mettre en œuvre des communications marketing multicanal aux niveaux régional et national
- Piloter des campagnes intégrées, lancements de produits, événements, congrès et projets d'accélération digitale
- Être ambassadeur(rice) de la marque, en assurant cohérence et alignement sur tous les marchés
- Optimiser les outils et processus martech pour maximiser l'efficacité et le retour sur investissement
- Collaborer en transversal avec les équipes marketing, affaires scientifiques, juridiques et réglementaires
- Gérer les congrès et salons : de la création des stands à la gestion du budget et des fournisseurs
Profil recherché :
- 1 à 4 ans d'expérience en communication marketing dans le secteur des dispositifs médicaux, pharma, santé ou IT, au sein d'une entreprise ou agence internationale
- Diplôme Bac+3 minimum en marketing, communication, IT ou domaine connexe
- Maîtrise des tendances digitales, du martech, des KPI et de la conformité réglementaire (RGPD)
- Compétences sur les outils de campagnes (Pardot, Agile, Adprom), gestion de projet et mobilisation des parties prenantes
- Excellentes capacités de communication, créativité et organisation
- Esprit orienté solutions, sens du client, fiabilité, résilience et approche axée sur les résultats
- Maîtrise du français requise ; anglais professionnel indispensable
