Description and RequirementsLenovo is seeking a dynamic PCSD Sales Specialist to join our Sales Team, with a focus on acquiring new customers and expanding our market presence. This client-facing role involves selling Lenovo's full portfolio of products, services, and solutions, while building long-term relationships and driving revenue growth. The position reports to the Field Account Senior Sales Manager and includes close collaboration with a Client Manager. Occasional travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned sales territory and customer engagements to generate sufficient opportunities and exceed quota targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and key business partners across the territory.
- Develop and execute complex sales strategies to meet both short- and long-term business objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention while achieving revenue and profitability goals.
- Ensure high levels of customer service throughout the sales and operational lifecycle.
- Recommend tailored Lenovo solutions that meet client needs and business challenges.
- Participate in corporate initiatives including forecasting and opportunity management to achieve performance targets.
- Maintain market and competitive knowledge to ensure credibility and relevance in customer conversations.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in hardware or solution selling.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and manage complex customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of the IT and tech market, including customer business requirements and trends.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Slovak language skills are an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and planning capabilities.
- Ability to identify, acquire, and transition new business opportunities effectively.
