LI-DNITeam Overview: LaSalle's Assets under Management cover the full spectrum of Core to Value-Add investments. The French Asset Management team is currently composed of 7 Asset Managers and has Assets under Management of approximately 3.5 billion euros. The team manages investments in France and Luxembourg and forms part of LaSalle's Continental European business working notably on several cross-border initiatives.The main roles of the team include : Identifying and implementing new asset management strategies: Alternative uses, redevelopments, refurbishments, minimizing irrecoverable, building tenant relationships, tenant mix. Lease regears, renewals, rent reviews and lease contract negotiations Managing relationships with third party consultants & agents Preparing/monitoring due diligence processes and supporting transactions team on sales processes. Preparing asset business plans, budget projections and monitor valuation processes. Working closely with the transactions team to advise and validate deals, negotiations and leasing assumptions.Role and Accountabilities:The analyst will identify and undertake asset management initiatives on the allocated assets. The successful candidate will support the asset management team in their day-to-day tasks and financial analysis. The responsibilities will be as follows:Maintain comprehensive asset oversight: tenant schedules, rent collection monitoring, guarantees management, Capex works, and property documentationDevelop and update annual property budgets and strategic business plans for individual assetsPrepare and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual investor reportsRespond to ad-hoc investor requests and provide timely analysisCoordinate property valuations with external experts and analyse valuation reportsContribute to sales processes through data room preparation and due diligence monitoringDrive ESG performance improvements including certifications, GRESB ratings, net-zero carbon initiatives, etc.Support the implementation of new tools and technology solutionsControl property data integration into LaSalle's systemRequired Qualifications & Experience:Real Estate or finance degree with strong academic achievement preferred1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management (including internships)Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and financial modelingKnowledge of French real estate market practices (leasing, property management, regulations, ESG requirements)Understanding of real estate financial metrics and valuation principlesNative French speaker with fluent English (written and verbal)Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical mindset with attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environmentExcellent multitasking abilities with strong project management skillsProactive approach with ability to bring innovative solutionsClient-focused mentality with commitment to quality deliveryPrevious exposure to investor reporting or client relationsKnowledge of ESG frameworks and sustainability certificationsLaSalle is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages applications from all sections of the communityJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
