Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Quality Engineering Lead
to strategize, define and standardized testing framework for the client. help lead our testing efforts and elevate product quality across the board. This role will drive the quality strategy and standardize processes.

Responsibilities (not Limited To)

  • Review & Develop test processes, tools, and documentation
  • Pilot improved execution and defect management
  • Support training and onboarding to new framework
  • Standardize QE Templates (Test Plan, Summary Report, Traceability Matrix)
  • Standardize ADO Templates
  • Tool Integration & Alignment Plan
  • TCOE Knowledge Transfer Plan (Train the trainer)

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Testing, with at least 2+ years in a lead or strategic quality role
  • Proven ability to define, implement, and enforce quality standards, best practices, and scalable testing processes across teams
  • Demonstrated success in leading QA efforts across multiple projects or product lines, with a focus on risk mitigation and delivery quality
  • Strong knowledge of test management tools (preferably Azure DevOps) and their effective use in planning, tracking, and reporting QA activities
  • Experience in mentoring QA teams, improving team capability, and fostering a culture of quality ownership
  • Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and align QA efforts with product and business goals
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of representing QA in planning, estimation, and decision-making forums- Experience in establishing quality metrics and reporting frameworks to drive continuous improvement

Must Haves

  • 5 years experience producing/developing testing standards & templates (Ado/ Jira)
  • Experience w/ QA affairs within IT/ experience managing a program
  • Fully bilingual
