CONTEXT
To extend our reach and make our Own Brand (Marques Des Habitants – MDH) products available to even more people worldwide, ADEO launched the Xtend initiative: a network of international partners distributing our products outside Adeo Business Units.
The Offer Manager role is a newly created position that will work closely with the Business Liaison Managers and the market teams.

As a key member of the Xtend organization, you act as the
business connector
between
Xtend Sales Managers
and our
markets*
across the world.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Bridging strategy and execution: ensuring our offers fully integrate performance, lifecycle, quality, pricing and supply criteria — and keeping them relevant over time
- Opening new business opportunities: coordinating with markets/offices to launch and grow new product categories (e.g. Western Europe office)
- Product governance: creating and maintaining product versions when required to ensure clarity and consistency in our assortment
- Sales enablement: building and updating catalogues and selling toolkits to support partner acquisition and growth
- Boosting commercial performance: identifying opportunities to strengthen assortments, launch promotions and drive incremental sales
- Structuring the offer strategy: developing generic and scalable propositions aligned with our core/periphery approach, enabling faster deployment across geographies
In this role, you contribute directly to the
international expansion
of our offer and to the success of our partners around the world.
PROFIL
We're looking for an experienced and autonomous professional who combines strong commercial drive with organizational rigor.
You Have
At least 3 years of experience within ADEO (or equivalent in an international, matrixed organization)
Fluency in English (C1)
A proven commercial mindset: proactive, tenacious, and result-oriented
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
The ability to adapt and build relationships at all levels — internally and externally
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
You are resilient, creative in finding solutions, and thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
