What's your challenge ?

- Integration of process intelligence in a user-friendly Business Process Management System to allow real-time control.

Process intelligence in Business Process Management includes:
- automated identification of bottlenecks and critical sections to performance
- dynamic optimal scheduling of tasks and resource allocation
- human in the loop

This goes beyond what is classically done, based on knowledge extraction from data. There are requirements for:
- a generic model adapted to the needs
- an algorithm for the dynamic discovery of business logic
- a real-time reingeneering infrastructure
- a human_in-the-loop management system

What you need for this position ?

- Master or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field
- Solid command of algorithms, data structures and software design
- Developing and/or designing large web applications
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, preferably Oracle
- Experience with Object Oriented programming
- Knowledge of Web languages, preferably PHP 5
- Ability to write both scientific publications and blog posts

- Business Process Management (BPMN)
- Web services knowledge (REST, JSON)
- Experience with Linux environment (LAMP)
- Experience with GIT

The PhD thesis will take place at :

- Blaise Pascal University (LIMOS laboratory) in Clermont-Ferrand (France) -
- Rootsystem company in Vichy (France) -
- Those locations are 3 hours from Paris
