La Division Services Industriels du Groupe Daher propose à ses clients avionneurs l'assemblage structurel et mécanique de sous-ensembles complexes, l'installation d'équipements et la maintenance. Elle accompagne ses clients tout au long de leur cycle de production, directement sur leurs lignes de production ou en ex-situ, assurant ainsi un soutien constant.

Au sein de Daher Industrial Services, l'unité Manufacturing Engineering met en place, structure et pilote des activités d'industrialisation, de méthodes, de support technique et de consulting industriel chez ses clients.
Les équipes sont mobilisées autour du support à la production d'aéronefs, en amont, au sein et en aval des chaines d'assemblage. Elles agissent en pivot entre les bureaux d'études et la production, assurant la faisabilité technique des avions et hélicoptères, en garantissant les plus hauts standards industriels de sécurité et de qualité.

L'unité Manufacturing Engineering, en pleine croissance, compte près de 400 collaborateurs en France, en Angleterre et en Allemagne, sur les sites industriels de ses clients fabricants d'aéronefs.

Job title of the line manager: Services Manager or Aircraft Operations Manager or Job Technical Manager

Responsibilities:
Technical Support is the key production interface for resolving all aircraft-related technical problems.

Scope of Activities

To carry out some or all of the following activities:

  • Study and prepare production files in accordance with the requirements
  • Deal with missing components, tooling, etc., where necessary
  • Resolve nonconformities
  • Manage production contingencies and conduct technical investigations
  • Coordinate the folio and update databases
  • Prepare and/or take part in operational reviews, where necessary
  • Anticipate and check requirements before beginning production

 The activities are to be adapted for employees on work/study contracts (vocational training contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to remain consistent with their theory training.
