About the Role
As part of
Xiaomi France
, you will play a key role in supporting
project management, contract execution, data operations, and customer engagement
. This position requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work closely with headquarters and local teams to ensure smooth business operations, accurate sales reporting, and effective customer support for both
smartphone (SMP)
and
IoT product lines
.

Responsibilities
- Project Management
: Independently manage projects, including contract management operations, ensuring compliance with HQ guidelines and efficient execution. - Contract Support
: Assist in contract-related processes, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders. - Data Operations
: Manage and execute daily sales data reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for business decision-making. - Customer Operations
: Prepare, edit, and deliver customer offers for smartphones and IoT products, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Cross-Team Collaboration
: Coordinate with HQ and local teams to ensure seamless operational execution. - Additional Tasks
: Complete other assignments as requested by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's (3rd year) to Master's student in
International Business, International Trade, Marketing, Business Management
, or related fields. - Experience in
project management
or operations, preferably in a multinational environment. - Strong skills in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Fluent in
English and French,
proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus. - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
, with a proactive and responsible attitude. - A
team player
with strong execution skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable solutions.
