Qualification/ Personal Attributes

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
• 5–8 years of experience in battery charging operations or similar process industries
• Strong understanding of battery formation, charging cycles, and process control
• Experience in managing shift operations and leading teams
• Knowledge of safety protocols, quality standards, and lean manufacturing
• Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Job Description

• Manage and oversee battery charging operations during the assigned shift
• Ensure adherence to charging protocols, safety norms, and quality standards
• Monitor charging equipment and process parameters to ensure optimal performance
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for issue resolution
• Supervise shift manpower and ensure efficient resource utilization
• Maintain shift-wise production and process records
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the charging section
• Ensure compliance with ISO, EHS, and other statutory requirements
• Train and mentor operators and technicians for process understanding and skill development
