Associate – Leading Infrastructure Fund (Paris)

Our client, a
renowned pan-European infrastructure fund
, is looking for an
Associate
to join their Paris team. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside top investors on high-profile transactions across energy, transport, digital, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full investment cycle: sourcing, screening, modelling, due diligence, and execution.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models for new and existing portfolio assets.
  • Conduct market, sector, and competitive analyses across core infrastructure verticals.
  • Prepare investment committee materials and support internal decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with management teams, advisors, and senior leadership during deal execution.

Requirements (Strict)

  • 2–5 years' experience
    in
    infrastructure
    or adjacent sectors (energy, utilities, transportation, digital infra).
  • Background
    only
    from a
    Tier-1 investment bank
    (project finance, infra M&A) or
    infrastructure-focused private equity fund
    .
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills with proven transaction exposure.
  • Fluency in French
    (mandatory) + strong English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-calibre investment environments.
