As a Senior Product Security Engineer, you will act as a strategic partner to our engineering squads. Your primary goal is to build the "paved road" that makes the secure way the easy way for developers. Beyond Product Security, you will play a pivotal role in the broader Akeneo security ecosystem, contributing to corporate IT security, assisting with compliance requests, and managing security incidents across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement secure-by-default infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) while designing and maintaining technical guardrails (Org Policies, IAM, VPC) that empower teams to work autonomously within safe boundaries.
• Collaborate with engineering teams during the design phase to identify and mitigate risks before code is written.
• Integrate security tooling (SAST, DAST, Secret Scanning, SCA) seamlessly into the CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, etc.) to provide fast, actionable feedback.
• Develop and maintain secure infrastructure modules using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) while automating security tasks and alerts to reduce toil and improve response times.
• Create self-service dashboards to give teams visibility into their security posture and help prioritize vulnerability remediation based on real-world risk.
• Build and nurture a Security Champions network .
• Participate in the detection, analysis, and remediation of security incidents across the entire scope (Product & Corporate), and contribute to securing the internal working environment, including workstation security (endpoint protection) and SaaS tool configuration.
• Support the Sales and Pre-sales teams by providing technical security answers for Request for Proposals and vendor questionnaires.

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security, with a strong focus on Product Security, Cloud Security, or DevSecOps.
• Proven track record of working in Agile/Product-led environments.
• Experience with GCP security services and architecture or similar.
• Experience with Terraform or similar, ability to write, review, and audit secure modules.
• Experience in CI/CD integration and security tooling automation.
• Comfortable reading code and writing scripts to automate security workflows.
• Solid understanding of vulnerability management, endpoint security, and SaaS security configurations.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 is highly valued (especially for RFP support).
• You have good communications skills, and a Facilitator Mindset
