Acteur B2B en forte croissance, nous développons une plateforme et des solutions digitales à destination de clients professionnels (entreprises, partenaires, distributeurs…).
Dans ce cadre, nous renforçons notre équipe Produit avec un·e
Product Manager B2B
en responsabilité globale d'une business line.
Rôle & missions
En tant que Product Manager B2B, tu pilotes la vision, la roadmap et la performance de l'offre B2B, en lien étroit avec les équipes Tech, Data, Sales et Opérations.
Tes Principales Responsabilités
- Définir et porter la vision produit B2B à court, moyen et long terme, en lien avec les objectifs business (revenu, rétention, efficacité opérationnelle).
- Comprendre les besoins des clients professionnels et partenaires (discovery, entretiens, analyse de feedbacks) et les traduire en opportunités produit.
- Piloter le cycle de vie des produits B2B : portail clients, APIs & intégrations, outils partenaires, services premium, fonctionnalités contractuelles & billing, dashboards, etc.
- Structurer le delivery : user stories, spécifications fonctionnelles B2B (droits, workflows complexes, SLA, reporting), coordination avec les équipes Tech, Design, Data.
- Intégrer les sujets Data & IA : identifier des cas d'usage concrets (automatisation, scoring, prédiction, reporting), travailler avec les équipes Data/IA pour concevoir, tester et déployer les fonctionnalités.
- Suivre la performance et améliorer en continu : piloter les KPIs (adoption, usage, revenu, churn, NPS B2B, taux de self-service), ajuster la roadmap et prioriser le backlog en fonction de la valeur créée.
Profil recherché
- 5 à 8 ans d'expérience en Product Management, idéalement sur des produits ou plateformes B2B.
- Maîtrise du cycle produit complet : discovery, delivery, lancement, itérations.
- Solide culture B2B / plateforme / API : intégrations, workflows complexes, sécurité, SLA, monétisation.
- À l'aise dans un environnement tech & data-driven ; compréhension des enjeux techniques et des environnements API.
- Intérêt marqué pour les cas d'usage IA et capacité à les traduire en valeur pour des clients professionnels.
- Excellentes capacités de communication et d'alignement transverse (Sales, Tech, Ops, Marketing, partenaires).
- Orientation forte utilisateur & business : observer, tester, mesurer, prioriser dans un contexte de croissance.
