We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day.About The RoleAs a Project Controller you will be responsible for cost monitoring and controllingwithin defined standards and consistent practices. You will work closely with projectteams on the compilation, assessment and documentation of project costs andassociated cost monitoring and reporting required at various stages of the projects. Youmust have advanced skills in communication, cross-cultural awareness, andleadership.You will report to Lead Project Control and will be based in our offices located inNivelles, Belgium or Paris, France.You will report to the Lead Project Controls and be located at Cadres.Key ResponsibilitiesInitiate and plan all cost controls aspects of a project, which includes, but is notlimited to project baselines and risk registers. Apply tools and techniques to planwork such that inefficiencies are reduced, and overall project performance isoptimized. Apply cost or risk analytics to confirm validity of plan.Support for creation project to collection phase, responsible for the costmonitoring, tracking and cost control work.Ensure the compliance of projects and provide proactive support for auditsessions.Support forecast estimation, enter forecasts for predictability and verify theaccuracy of the actual to date costs (material, labor, manufactured costs,suppliers' invoices, timesheets, travel expenses.).Align with scheduler to ensure costs and schedule are aligned, providing timephased cost forecasts.Analyze and interpret costs to identify trends in cost forecasts. Support theproject team by attending meetings and working collaboratively with others.Present all financial data (Direct Gross Margin, Backlog, KPIs, Earned ValueMetrics…) in a transparent way, attends project and management review topresent cost status (Cost Reports), budget deviations and root causes.Qualifications:Master's degree. Applicable disciplines are Project Management, Engineering,Business, Finance or related technical discipline. Fluent in French and English.5-10 years of project cost controls experience in the Energy industry on > 10M$projects revenue.Some experience in other project controls areas such as scheduling, riskmanagement, contract management, change control would be beneficial.Knowledge of project reporting, cost control and engineering controls, previousexperience working with different business systems and tools (i.e. SAP, BusinessIntelligence, MSP and Excel..)Why Westinghouse?We know that to put forth your best effort, you need to be challenged and enjoy what you do in a supportive and respectful environment.
