SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER

Remote / Flexible

Marv is building something ambitious. A new kind of social platform where travel, emotion, and identity converge into one living ecosystem. We are shaping a universe made of Human Experience Intelligence, community, and design.

We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager who can bring order to complexity and turn vision into structured execution. Someone who can sit close to the CEO and orchestrate Product, Technology, Brand, Psychology, and Operations with calm control.

This is not a junior role.
 
This is not task management.
 This is the operational backbone of Marv's next years.

What you will own

Cross-Functional Alignment
 - You connect Product, Engineering, Brand, Growth, HEI, and Operations into one cohesive execution thread.

Program Leadership
 - You run the end-to-end coordination of:

  • Our MVP development;
  • Our proprietary emotional intelligence core
  • Our internal operating system

Operational Excellence
 - You build the company's execution rhythm: weekly cycles, roadmaps, documentation, and accountability systems.

Strategic Partnership with the CEO
 - You help transform complex ideas into structured plans and keep the company aligned around them.

Scaling Readiness
 - You prepare Marv for its next phase: traction, fundraising, and Series A-level discipline.

You are a fit if you

  • Have 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or Strategic Operations
  • Are comfortable orchestrating multi-team, multi-discipline environments
  • Can build systems where none exist
  • Think in frameworks, dependencies, and outcomes
  • Stay composed under pressure
  • Communicate with clarity, precision, and intention
  • Thrive in environments where speed and structure coexist
  • Understand what it means to build a company before the resources arrive
  • Are motivated by ownership, not titles
  • Prefer discipline over noise, alignment over politics

Background & Credentials

Formal Education (preferred, not mandatory)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, or Psychology/Behavioral Sciences

MBA or equivalent strategic leadership education is a plus

Equivalent hands-on experience is valued the same or more

Compensation

Phantom Shares / Equity-Based Compensation

No salary until the first institutional funding round (expected second half of 2026)
