Main Mission

Support the Personal Shopping team in delivering a high-end, personalized experience to SANDS clients. The intern will assist with product selection, client coordination, and logistics for a demanding local and international clientele.

Responsibilities
1. Personal Shopping Assistance

  • Assist in identifying client needs (style preferences, budget, brands, special occasions).
  • Conduct product research and curate selections across fashion, accessories, lifestyle, and luxury items.
  • Participate in store visits, boutique appointments, and showroom selections.
  • Provide personalized support for client requests and follow-ups.

2. Operational & Logistics Support

  • Help prepare product selections and client presentations.
  • Assist with logistical coordination: reservations, returns, exchanges, and deliveries.
  • Update product files, pricing, inventory availability, and brand references.

3. Trend Research & Product Sourcing

  • Monitor fashion trends, new collections, exclusive drops, and emerging designers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of brands, retailers, and suppliers in Paris.
  • Identify potential new retail or brand partners aligned with SANDS' standards.

4. Client Experience & Brand Image

  • Help create visually appealing setups for fittings and product presentations.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, discretion, and service excellence.
  • Contribute to strengthening SANDS' premium brand identity.

Candidate Profile

  • Student in Fashion, Luxury Management, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in fashion, trends, and the luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; polished presentation.
  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Fluent in French and English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Duration: 4 to 6 months preferred.
