Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a strategic and analytical
Senior Data Product Manager
to drive the vision, development, and optimization of our Search Results platform. You will define product priorities, align stakeholders, and lead cross-functional execution to improve the relevance, accuracy, and business impact of search experiences for millions of customers.

Main responsibilities

As the Senior Product Manager for this critical aspect of our platform, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the end-to-end Retailer journey for our retailers as well as the one of our Brands that join our platform to be found by retailers and grow their business.

• Product Strategy and Roadmap:
  Together with the Data Science team and Head of Product develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for the discovery process, aligned with the broader business objectives and customer needs.

• Feature Prioritization and Planning:
  Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and data analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear requirements and timelines for implementation, balancing customer experience, revenue, and operational efficiency.

• User Experience Optimization:
  Continuously improve the usability, efficiency, and effectiveness of search, inspiration and discovery flow to enhance customer satisfaction and drive conversion rates. Conduct user testing and gather feedback.

• Technical Collaboration:
  Work closely with data science, data analytics and engineering teams to leverage large-scale datasets and machine learning models for result ranking and personalization.

• Analytics and Performance Monitoring:
  Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of search experience and report on the effectiveness of changes to search algorithms and data pipelines. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and use findings to inform product decisions and optimizations.

• Competitive Analysis and Market Research:
  Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings related shopping processes. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

• Stakeholder Communication and Alignment:
  Communicate product plans, progress, and priorities to stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, sales, marketing, and customer support teams. Foster collaboration and alignment to ensure a unified approach to delivering value to our retailers, but also brands.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as Product Manager or equivalent role
• Previous experience working with DS teams
• Previous experience working at an e-commerce company or marketplace
• Previous experience as a project manager, account manager ou similar
• Team player
• Strong Conceptual Thinker
• Passion for user centric solutions
• Willingness to dig deep to understand the underlying core problem and technical challenges
• Motivation to roll up sleeves and get things down
• Proficiency in analyzing data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organization
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, market conditions, and business requirements.
• Continuous learning mindset
• French & English proficiency
