Engineering Manager – Environnement logiciel & systèmes embarqués
Contexte
Dans le cadre du renforcement de son organisation technique, nous recherchons pour notre client un Engineering Manager pour accompagner des équipes de développement dans une phase de transformation importante.

Les équipes évoluent progressivement d'un mode projet vers un mode produit, avec des enjeux forts de structuration, de sécurisation du delivery et d'alignement avec le business.

Le périmètre actuel couvre environ 30 à 35 développeurs, avec une organisation cible autour de squads pluridisciplinaires.

Organisation & périmètre
Encadrement d'équipes de développement au sein d'une organisation regroupant environ 40 personnes

Travail en binôme avec un autre Engineering Manager (donc 20 personnes managées chacun)

Collaboration étroite avec les rôles Product, Delivery Management, DevOps et Scrum

Responsabilités
Management & organisation

Piloter, structurer et sécuriser des équipes de développement dans un contexte de transformation

Améliorer les relations, la communication et la dynamique collective

Assurer la continuité managériale et accompagner les équipes au quotidien

Delivery & pilotage

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Product Owners et le Delivery

Management

Gérer la capacité des équipes et sécuriser les engagements

Contribuer à l'analyse des réalisations, des arbitrages techniques et des priorités

Vision produit & business

Accompagner le passage à une organisation orientée produit

Être en interaction régulière avec les interlocuteurs métier

Faciliter le transfert et la structuration des équipes en squads produit

Environnement technique
Les équipes évoluent sur des produits logiciels à forte composante technique, incluant notamment

Langages systèmes et bas niveau

Développement applicatif desktop

Technologies front-end modernes en cours d'adoption

Une bonne compréhension des enjeux techniques est indispensable pour être crédible auprès des équipes, sans nécessité d'être hands-on.

Profil recherché
Expérience confirmée en tant qu'Engineering Manager, Tech Manager ou rôle équivalent

Capacité à encadrer des équipes de taille significative

Solide expérience en gestion de capacité, delivery et organisation d'équipes

Habitude de travailler en proximité avec des équipes produit et métiers

Leadership, posture rassurante et orientation amélioration continue

Télétravail possible plusieurs jours par semaine
