We are seeking a motivated and proactive
Charter Assistant
to support our Retail Charter Brokers across all stages of the charter process. This role is ideal for an organised, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment within the yachting industry.
Responsibilities
- Support Retail Brokers throughout the charter process
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate and timely information
- Assist with client communications, presentations, and charter documentation
- Support itinerary research and destination planning
- Assist with yacht shows, events, and broker travel where required
- Liaise with internal teams to support sales and marketing initiatives
General
- Work collaboratively within the charter and marketing teams
- Ensure accurate record keeping and adherence to internal procedures
- Stay informed on destinations, yachts, and industry developments
- Willingness to travel and support events as required
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent in
English and French
(additional languages a bonus) - Previous CRM or administrative experience preferred
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office; design or marketing tools a plus
- Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player
- Charter or yachting industry experience an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
