Role Description

This is an onsite role for an IT Support Engineer based on-site in Rungis. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing system administration tasks. Primary responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical incidents, responding to help desk queries, and ensuring the continuous functionality of IT operations. The engineer will also engage in maintaining and upgrading IT infrastructure as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Information Technology
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Experience in System Administration and IT Infrastructure Management
  • Knowledge and expertise in Help Desk Support
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
  • Flexibility to work on-site in Rungis and handle tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus
  • Experience with Cisco/Palo Alto/Adtran installations and structured cabling is advantageous
